The key responsibilities of the Cell include :

Internship : Creating robust internship programs with industry partners can provide students with practical work experience and exposure to real-world challenges. Keeping that in mind Heramba Chandra College organizes internship drives both for current students and for pass out students in regular interval. Internships are instrumental as it has become the part of academic curricula under New Education Policy, 2020 to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice.
Industrial Training : The Cell assists students in securing internships and industrial training programs that provide hands-on experience in their respective fields. These opportunities allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world settings and gain industry exposure.
Placement Activities : This cell regularly organizes placement drives both on-campus and off-campus including job fairs, and recruitment events on campus, inviting companies to conduct interviews and hire eligible students. It coordinates the scheduling, logistics, and communication between companies and students for smooth recruitment processes. Students are encouraged to see Placement Notice on a regular basis.
