Details of the interview of Group D staff            B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. (1st year) admission process will start after the publication of result by W.B.C.H.S.E (2019).

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. All students must follow college rules.
  2. No student shall be allowed to appear in semester examination if he or she fails to attend at least 60% of the classes held.
  3. Carry your identity card at all times. A student will have to show the card to the security personnel at the College gate. You may be denied entry into College if you do not have identity card. If for some reason you cannot produce it, carry your fee book to use as a means of identifying yourself.
  4. If you lose your fee book, apply to the Principal for a duplicate through the office. Your fee book is not transferable. Do not hand it over to any unauthorized person. Duplicate fee book costs Rs. 100/-.
  5. If you lose your identity card, report the loss at the nearest police station. Attach a copy of the report to your application for the duplicate identity card. Duplicate identity card can be procured against certain charges.
  6. Classes begin at 11:40 a.m. and continue till 5:40 pm with a break of 20 minutes from 1:40 pm to 2:00 pm.
  7. Be punctual. The entrance to the First Floor class area will close as soon as classes start. The gate will be opened again only after the period is over and will remain open for 10 minutes.
  8. Be courteous to teachers, staff and your fellow students.
  9. Be attentive in class.
  10. You can approach the office personnel for any assistance.
  11. Apply to the Principal for any official requirement. Submit the application to the office for processing and action.
  12. The Principal, Bursar or any other faculty member can be approached if you face any problem.
  13. Ragging in the college in any form is prohibited by law, and if anybody is found to be guilty of ragging, he/she will be liable to be punished under the provisions of section 4, section 5, and section 6 of the West Bengal Prohibition of Ragging in Educational Institution Act 2000 and rules framed by Higher Education Department, Technical Branch, Government of West Bengal.
  14. Use of Cell Phone during class hours is strictly prohibited.
